Taiwan sketching

I've not posted anything for a couple of weeks because I've been in Taiwan! Filled an A5 moleskine along the way, so I've scanned and compiled a few sketches.
As you can tell, I've mainly spent 2 weeks eating and drawing the food I've eaten. Luckily Taiwan has some kickass hiking too, otherwise I'd have come back 3 times the size I was when I left.

These are cool, George! How do you sketch these - with a little watercolor setup? I commend you for committing to pull all that out when your out and about. But they give a terrific result - the little kitchen cooking scene has so much character :)

Mauricio - Yeah it's a little basic travel watercolour set that I take around everywhere with me, perfect for quick little drawings between doing stuff. The tricky part was finding water and a container when on the move, so quite often I was sat somewhere dipping my brush into a snack packet or drinks bottle full of water.

Dune - Thanks, I still have a fair bit to learn but I'm having fun with them!

Stacy - Hah, you should have seen them in real life - some of the best food I've ever had....now I'm hungry thinking about it.

BambinoMonkey - I think it's so clean because I did them so quick, barely did anything with a pencil! Usually my sketches are a real mess ;)
